Job description
Upstate Caring Partners is seeking a Residence Manager to oversee daily shift operations at our residential facility in New York. You will coordinate staff training, ensure IPP implementation, and advocate for individuals to participate in community life.
The role includes maintaining records, supervising staff, and liaising with families, vendors, and agencies to ensure safety and program goals are met. Strong communication and supervision skills are essential.
