Job description
The Opportunity Alliance is seeking a Float Residential Service Technician (RST) and Residential Crisis Worker (RCW) to provide direct services in Maine programs. The role supports co‑occurring treatment and administers medications under supervision.
Location rotates among Portland and South Portland sites on a 40‑hour work week, onsite. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, MHRT1 certification within 1 year, and 1+ year in mental health residential settings.
