Job description
The Arc of San Diego is seeking a compassionate Residential Specialist to support individuals with disabilities in a home setting in Lakeside. You will deliver person-centered care, assist with daily activities, and promote independence and safety for clients.
This role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of related experience, a valid California driver’s license with clean insurance and driving record, and a genuine commitment to making a difference.
