About the Role:

As a Residential Specialist, you’ll provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a home environment. Using a person-centered approach, you’ll empower clients to engage in daily life, make choices, and gain independence.

Location: Lakeside

Schedule: THURS-FRI 6AM-11AM & 1:30PM-4PM, SAT 6AM-2PM

Pay: The pay for this position is $20.00 to $20.00

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on, person-centered care in a residential setting

Assist with daily activities like personal care, hygiene, eating, cooking, cleaning, getting dressed and undressed, mobility, and personal organization.

Encourage independence by supporting individuals in achieving personal goals.

Create a safe, respectful, and engaging home environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED

Six (6) months experience working with individuals with disabilities

Valid California Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.

A passion for making a difference!

Are bilingual in English and Spanish

Have experience using case management systems (Therap preferred)
