Job description
OhioGuidestone is seeking a Residential Specialist for its Dover, OH location. This full-time, on-site role involves supervising residents, crisis intervention, and coordinating activities in a halfway house that provides intensive treatment for substance use issues.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, crisis-related experience, and a valid Ohio driver’s license. Ohio CDCA or SWA certification is preferred for specialized oversight.
