Job description
Atlantic Health System is seeking staff for a Residential Program to assist individuals with various mental health experiences. You will help residents with daily living activities, personal care, and the development of independent living skills in a safe, supportive setting.
The role involves coordinating activities, supporting care plans, and maintaining accurate notes to track progress toward resident goals, while collaborating with a Crisis Services Team and other providers.
