Monarch in New Bern, NC is seeking a part-time Developmental Specialist to help people served achieve personal dreams and daily life goals. You will assess interests, support relationship building, and promote self-determination while protecting rights.
Responsibilities include documenting progress, assisting with transportation and home tasks, and ensuring safety. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required; sleepovers may be needed and training provided.
