Job description
Pathway Family Services-Topeka, KS is seeking a Residential Unit Leader for our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF). You will lead daily schedules, treatment plans, and care standards to ensure high-quality resident care.
The role requires at least a high school diploma, 2 years in a residential setting, a valid driver’s license, and Safe Crisis Management training. Join a team focused on trauma-informed, culturally responsive care and collaborative services.
