Job description
Bethany Christian Services seeks a Residential Youth Specialist for the TLC program in Grand Rapids, MI. This part-time, on-site role supports refugee and immigrant youths and foster families within a faith-based mission.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to follow treatment guidelines, manage daily resident routines, and provide advocacy during meetings. Requires a high school diploma and child welfare experience, with flexibility for night/weekend shifts.
