Job description
HRB is seeking a Director of Finance for a luxury resort portfolio in the Southwestern US (TX). You will lead a large accounting team, drive financial performance, ensure internal controls and timely reporting, and partner with owners and operators to maximize profitability.
The role requires 10+ years in resort finance, DOF training, BS degree, strong Excel, and experience with PMS systems. MBA or CPA helpful. Relocation available; base salary $175k–$200k plus up to 35% bonus.
