The Mission
As Resort Manager, you’ll take charge of high‑impact resort operations on Hilton Head Island—driving measurable results through a performance‑driven, customer‑first approach. This role exists to keep standards razor‑sharp, teams aligned, and owners/guests confident that every detail is handled with excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead onsite teams and coordinate resources to maintain elite service levels
Oversee operational performance, spotting opportunities to improve outcomes
Partner with corporate leaders to execute strategies that elevate the property experience
Ensure safety, compliance, and consistent operational execution
Required qualifications/skills:
Operational management expertise and strong organizational discipline
Proven team leadership and staff management
Guest experience focus with confident, solutions‑first communication
Project oversight capability and comfort with accountability
Commitment to safety & compliance and integrity under pressure
