Description

Key Responsibilities
Support the General Manager in directing and coordinating all day-to-day resort operations.
Provide leadership oversight to Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, and Engineering departments.
Ensure consistent delivery of luxury service standards and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Promote and integrate Amrit’s holistic wellness philosophy into all operational practices.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate department heads to ensure operational efficiency and team engagement.
Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability, cost control, labor management, and resource utilization.
Collaborate with executive leadership to enhance the guest journey and achieve organizational objectives.
Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor operational performance and recommend improvements to processes, systems, and service delivery.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, resort, or hotel operations.
Proven experience managing multi-departmental operations with accountability for guest experience and financial results.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems, prioritize, and make sound operational decisions.
Passion for wellness, mindfulness, and delivering elevated, meaningful guest experiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
