Troon is seeking a Resort Manager for Esplanade at Starling in Punta Gorda, FL. You will oversee all resort operations, lead department heads, manage budgets, and ensure top-tier guest experiences in a dynamic, hospitality-driven community managed by Troon.
Responsibilities include policy compliance, staff development, vendor coordination, and coordination with a board and members. The role requires a BA or equivalent experience and Florida licensing.
