Job description
Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Rooms Manager to lead the daily operations of the resort Housekeeping and Guest Services teams. You will supervise staffing, scheduling, payroll and ensure adherence to standards while focusing on guest satisfaction and cost control.
Responsibilities include training, audits, budgeting, and process improvements to maximize occupancy and service quality. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and hotel/resort experience to support owners and guests.
