Job description
South Shore Health is seeking a Resource Nurse to lead department operations during assigned shifts, coordinate patient placement and care progression, and provide clinical support to staff. The role includes selecting assignments, leading huddles, and ensuring regulatory and safety readiness within a busy unit.
The ideal candidate has BSN (or is in progress within 3 years of hire) and at least 3 years of specialty nursing experience, with active RN licensure in Massachusetts and certifications
