Job description
Sovah Health is seeking an experienced RN Resource Nurse to support our hospital teams in delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. In this role, you will function as a clinical expert and mentor, assisting bedside nurses with complex assessments, care planning, and interventions while promoting best practices and quality outcomes. You will collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, respond to urgent patient needs, and help coordinate safe transitions of care.
