Job description
Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality nursing care within a patient care team, serving as a key communication link between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; monitor patient conditions; assist with care plans; deliver safe, effective care; document assessments and interventions; advocate for patient needs; participate in performance improvement initiatives; support shared governance; mentor and develop other nurses; and uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.
Qualifications & Skills: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; current RN licensure (single or multi-state); BLS certification; strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills; commitment to professional growth; and adherence to policies and standards.
Key Duties: Ensure patient safety and satisfaction, foster a positive work environment, contribute to quality improvement, and promote professional development and mentorship.
