Job Title: Resourcing Manager
Location Requirements: Hybrid
Job Type: Direct Hire
Role Overview: You will oversee talent acquisition processes, coordinate recruitment efforts, and work closely with hiring managers to fill roles effectively. Your focus is on ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience that meets organizational needs.
Responsibilities:
Manage talent acquisition activities to attract qualified candidates
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
Develop and implement recruitment strategies
Screen resumes and interview candidates
Maintain accurate applicant tracking and documentation
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
Experience in recruiting or resourcing roles
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and teams
Knowledge of recruitment best practices
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and related tools
