Job description
Genentech is seeking a Head of Resourcing & Metrics in the Business Strategy & Operations (BSO) within its PDD portfolio in California. This role leads enterprise-wide resourcing, budget tracking, and impact measurement, partnering with Finance, HR, and other functions to enable data-informed decisions.
You will drive headcount planning, contractor utilization, and financial allocations, while establishing governance and a single source of truth for performance data across geographies.
