Job description
BayCare is seeking a Supervisor of Respiratory Care at Bartow Medical Center to lead a clinical team in Respiratory Care Services. This full-time role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a focus on patient care.
The position reports to the Respiratory Care Manager, covers day shift 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with on-call responsibilities. Candidates should have RRT, NBRC credentials, and a background in NICU or pediatric care is preferred.
