Job description
Flint Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation in Newark, OH is seeking a skilled Respiratory Director to lead our Respiratory Therapy Department and its ventilator program. You will supervise therapists, oversee ventilator/tracheostomy care, and collaborate with nursing, physicians, and administration to drive clinical outcomes.
The ideal candidate has leadership experience in respiratory care, strong clinical judgment, and a current Ohio RCP license. This is a full-time, on-site leadership opportunity.
