Job description
Scheduling & Contract Requirements
Required Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent, proficient acute care experience. Level III NICU experience accepted; Level IV NICU preferred.
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend; Candidates with additional jobs must work this contract as their primary schedule, including every other weekend.
Accept 1st Time Travelers: Yes
Locals Accepted: A reduced local rate applies to candidates residing within 50 miles of their primary work location.
RTO, Block & Scheduling Requests: All scheduling requests, including up to 5 days of RTO, must be included with submission and approved by the facility.
On Call Requirement: No
Required License and Certifications Active New Jersey Respiratory Care License required at the time of submission.
Required Certifications: BLS, NRP, PALS, RRT
Department / Unit Profile Floating: May be required to float within skillset

Hospital Highlights
54-bed Level IV NICU within a state-designated Regional Perinatal Center. The NICU provides the highest level of neonatal care for critically ill and medically complex newborns, supported by respiratory therapists providing advanced ventilation, nitric oxide therapy, and high-risk neonatal resuscitation.
