Job description
UF Health in Gainesville, Florida, is seeking a Respiratory Supervisor to lead daily operations of our respiratory care team within a leading academic health center. In this role, you will oversee respiratory therapists, coordinate staffing, and ensure safe, evidence-based care across acute and specialty units. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes, support complex cases, and respond to emergencies. The supervisor also drives quality initiatives, staff education, and process improvements in a culture that values innovation, diversity, and continuous learning.
