Job description
Allegheny Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse for 5 North - Adult Respiratory/Med Surg on a 32-bed unit with cardiac monitoring. The role emphasizes tracheostomy care, chest tubes, and high-oxygen needs with blended team nursing (RNs, LPNs, and PCTs).
The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, lead in a collaborative environment, and participate in interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. Strong emphasis on safety and education.
