Respiratory Therapist (RT or CRT) - $4,000 SIGN ON BONUS Healthcare Supportis interviewing for a Respiratory Therapist (RT or CRT) in High Point, North Carolina This role is ideal for clinicians who want to step outside of the hospital and bring life-changing respiratory support directly to patients where they live. Enjoy more autonomy, variety in your workday, and the chance to see the immediate impact of your care with this opportunity! Compensation: $4,000 Sign-on Bonus! $40 - $45 an hour
Quarterly Bonuses!
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-5p Benefits PTO accrual starts from hire date and increases with tenure | Year 1–2: 104 hours/year (13 days)
Floating Holidays (FHL) based on hire month: Up to 5 days
6 Paid Holidays off
Health Benefits start on 91st day of continuous employment

Daily Responsibilities Conduct in-home patient assessments and provide clinical education on respiratory equipment.
Adjust ventilator settings based on patient needs and physician orders.
Monitor and troubleshoot advanced respiratory equipment to ensure optimal function.
Maintain accurate documentation of services and patient interactions.
Required Qualifications Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT)
Valid driver's license
