Who Should Apply?
We're looking for Respiratory Therapists who are passionate about providing exceptional respiratory care and making a difference in the lives of others. We encourage applications from: Experienced Respiratory Therapists (RT, RRT, CRT, CRTT, or CCT)
New graduate Respiratory Therapists ready to launch their careers
Graduates of Hawkeye Community College and other CoARC-accredited Respiratory Therapy programs
Respiratory Therapists seeking a weekday schedule with no routine weekends
RTs looking for greater work-life balance while continuing to care for residents with ventilators, tracheostomies, and respiratory needs

What You'll Do
As a Respiratory Therapist, you will: Perform comprehensive respiratory assessments
Provide ventilator management and monitoring
Deliver tracheostomy (Trach) care
Administer respiratory treatments and oxygen therapy
Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members
Monitor residents' respiratory status and modify treatments as appropriate
Document assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately
Educate residents, families, and staff regarding respiratory care
Qualifications
Applicants should possess: Associate's degree (minimum) from a CoARC-accredited Respiratory Therapy program
Iowa Respiratory Therapist License (or eligibility)
CRTT, CRT, RRT, or CCT credential
BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
New graduates are encouraged to apply
