Job description
Our client, a healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care, is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join their team. As a Respiratory Therapist , you will be part of the Respiratory Care Department supporting a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate compassion, strong clinical judgment, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

nWhat's the Job?
nnnProvide professional respiratory care through assessment, clinical judgment, treatment, and instruction to diverse patient populations.
n
nnPerform cardiac and diagnostic procedures to support quality patient care.
n
nnCollaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
n
nnEnsure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
n
nnAssist in training and supervising new staff or students as needed.
n
n nWhat's Needed?
nnnAssociates degree or higher in respiratory therapy or related field.
n
nnCurrent national credential for Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) through the NBRC.
n
nnValid Tennessee Respiratory Therapist license or Certified Respiratory Therapist license.
n
nnCurrent BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
n
nnHospital experience with medical/surgical, pediatric, neonatal, and critical care patients preferred.
n
