Job description
PRN Respiratory Therapist
Provide high-quality respiratory care to adult and pediatric patients, including assessing patients, performing diagnostic tests, administering oxygen and aerosol therapies, managing ventilators, and responding to respiratory emergencies and rapid response calls.
Work closely with physicians and nurses, follow evidence-based protocols, document care accurately in the EMR, educate patients and families, and support quality and safety initiatives.
Strong clinical assessment skills, proficiency in ventilator management, ability to respond effectively to emergencies, excellent communication, and a patient-centered approach aligned with compassionate care principles.
