Job description
A healthcare organization in Central Kansas is looking for a Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) for a full-time night shift position .
Position Highlights Full-time nights, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
Independently provide prescribed respiratory therapy and evaluate patient response
Perform respiratory care procedures throughout patient care and critical care areas
Interpret physician orders, assess patient needs, and adjust care based on patient response
Perform invasive respiratory procedures with minimal supervision and assistance
Collaborate with the clinical team to support quality respiratory care

What We re Looking For Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
Ability to independently assess patients and deliver prescribed respiratory therapy
Comfortable providing respiratory care in patient care and critical care settings
Ability to respond promptly to changes in patient condition and workload
Strong communication and collaboration skills
