Job description
RWJBarnabas Health seeks a Respiratory Therapist Lead to coordinate respiratory care services and support a high-performing clinical team. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day respiratory therapy operations, provide advanced respiratory assessments and treatments, and ensure adherence to evidence-based protocols and regulatory standards.
