RWJBarnabas Health seeks a Respiratory Therapist Lead to coordinate respiratory care services and support a high-performing clinical team. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day respiratory therapy operations, provide advanced respiratory assessments and treatments, and ensure adherence to evidence-based protocols and regulatory standards. You will mentor and precept staff, assist with scheduling and workload distribution, and collaborate closely with physicians and nursing to optimize patient outcomes. The Lead will support quality improvement initiatives, staff education, and the adoption of innovative technologies in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.
