Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Home Healthcare in Livonia, MI

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Licenses/Certifications: Active RRT license required
Experience: 1+ years preferred, hospital or home healthcare experience beneficial
Pay & Benefits
Pay Rate: $30 to $35 per hour, depending on experience
Bonuses & Incentives: $4,000 sign-on bonus, additional payments at 60 and 180 days
Mileage Reimbursement: Provided for approved travel

What You'll Do
Conduct comprehensive in-home patient assessments and clinical evaluations
Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory therapies and equipment use
Set up and manage ventilators, oxygen systems, PAP devices, and other advanced equipment
Adjust devices based on physician orders and patient response
Troubleshoot and monitor equipment performance
Provide ongoing clinical support and follow-up for patients
Maintain accurate documentation and reports
Support training of new clinical staff as needed
What You Need
Required:
Valid RRT license and high school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift and transport up to 65 pounds
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred:
Hospital respiratory therapy experience
Home healthcare or DME experience
Degree in respiratory therapy or related science
1+ years of relevant clinical experience
Familiarity with ventilator management and advanced respiratory equipment
