Job Summary
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RRT) position available in an unidentified healthcare facility. This assignment is scheduled for 16-26 weeks, offering a comprehensive clinical experience in a dynamic environment. The role involves providing respiratory care across diverse clinical settings following established protocols and standards.
Job Details
Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: NRP required upon submission; RRT, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, and NRP certifications are required; must have NICU experience within the last year; experience in ICU and emergency department floors preferred; all employment history including bed count, EMR, facility type, etc., must be complete.
Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Valid RRT certification; current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications; recent NICU experience; Epic EMR experience within past 2 years.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in ICU or emergency care units; proficient with Epic EMR system.
Float: Float rotation may be required.
Additional Information: All work history information must be fully documented; bi-weekly orientations on Mondays; no block schedules; work schedule includes working two out of four holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Day; all employees must have reliable transportation, with vehicles equipped accordingly for seasonal conditions.
