Overview
nPosition: New Graduate - Respiratory Therapist (RT)
nLocation: Select Specialty Hospital - St. Charles, MO
nSchedule: Full-Time Day or Night 5:30pm-6am/5:30a-6p
nCompensation: $35.30-$47.50/Based on experience
nCompetitive shift differentials for nights $5 and weekends $3.50
nSign-On Bonus: $15,000 NO COMMITMENT/REPAYMENT
nNew Grad Program: Our new grad RT program is a 13 week paid preceptorship where you will be 1:1 with a skilled instructor! This is for new grads and those with less than 1 year post-grad experience.

n nResponsibilities
nnnEvaluating patients and recommending an appropriate treatment plan.
n
nnProviding respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions.
n
nnPerforming insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes.
n
nnPromoting continuous quality improvement.
n
nnTeaching and counseling patients/families.
n
nnPerforms other duties as assigned.
n
n nQualifications
nMinimum requirements:
nnnMust possess "Active" CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent.
n
nnProof of graduation required: college transcript/diploma (preferred) or high school transcript/diploma or GED
n
nnPossess a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date.
n
nnCurrent state licensure is required.
n
nnACLS is required upon hire.
