Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse | Home Medical Equipment
Grand Junction, Colorado | Flexible Per Diem Schedule
Facility is seeking a flexible Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide per-diem support in Mesa, Delta, and Montrose counties. This unique opportunity allows you to create your own schedule while supporting critical patient care needs.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments
Provide equipment education and setup
Monitor respiratory equipment function
Perform NIV and other respiratory equipment setups
Communicate patient findings to physicians
Maintain accurate documentation
Support patient compliance and therapy understanding
Compensation: Per-service payment ranging from $5-$100
Mileage reimbursement
Flexible scheduling
Work Environment
This per-diem role involves flexible scheduling with opportunities to support patient equipment setups, primarily for non-invasive ventilation (NIV) and other respiratory equipment needs. You'll work independently, responding to patient requirements with clinical expertise and compassion.
