n$10,000 Sign-On Bonus

nnnNight shift:7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.

nnPremium shift differential available for night-shift hours

nnPediatric or ventilator experience preferred—but not required

nPediatric Specialty Care at Hopewell is hiring Respiratory Therapists to care for children and young adults with complex medical and respiratory needs in a supportive, home-like environment.

nThis is an opportunity to develop or expand your experience in pediatric respiratory care, ventilator management, tracheostomy care, weaning, and respiratory rehabilitation. If you bring a strong respiratory foundation, sound clinical judgment, and a genuine interest in working with children, our team will help you build the specialized skills needed for the role.

nResponsibilities

nWhat You’ll Do as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT)

nnnProvide respiratory care to children and young adults with complex needs

n

nnPerform respiratory assessments and support ventilator and tracheostomy management

n

nnParticipate in weaning, rehabilitation, and individualized respiratory care planning

n

nnCollaborate closely with physicians, nurses, therapists, and families

n

nnEducate families, caregivers, and employees on respiratory equipment and procedures

n

nnSupport each child’s stability, function, comfort, and long-term goals

n

n nQualifications

nRespiratory Therapist (RT) Qualifications:

nnnAssociate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy required (Bachelor’s preferred)

n

nnActive, unencumbered Pennsylvania Respiratory Therapist license

n

nnRRT or CRT credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care

n

nnCurrent CPR (AHA Healthcare Provider) certification

n

nnMust be at least 21 years of age

n

nnPediatric, ventilator, or long-term care experience preferred (but not required — we will support training)

n
