Overview
nCritical Illness Recovery Hospital
nLocation: Grand Rapids, Michigan (5th floor of Corewell Health Blodgett Hospital)
nnRespiratory Therapist (RT) - PRN Dayshift or Nightshift
nHours: 7:00 am - 7:30 pm or 7:00 pm- 7:30 am
nnn$5,000 Sign-in Bonus (after 16 non-orientation shifts)
nnPay: $41.00 per hour
nCompetitive shift differentials for nights and weekends

n nResponsibilities
nn Evaluating patients and recommending an appropriate treatment plan.
Providing respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions.
Performing insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes.
Promoting continuous quality improvement.
Teaching and counseling patients/families.
Performs other duties as assigned.
n nQualifications
nnMinimum requirements:
n Must possess "Active" CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent.
Possess a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date.
Current state licensure is required.
ACLS is required upon hire. (Agency RT must have ACLS upon first shift)
n nPreferred qualifications:
n One (1) year of related experience is preferred.
