Job description
Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in La Vergne, TN, is seeking a Respiratory Therapist with rehab/long-term care experience. The role focuses on evaluating, planning, and delivering respiratory therapy for a long-term population within a Skilled Nursing facility.
The RT will work within an interdisciplinary team to develop treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and ensure accurate documentation.
