Shift Information
Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)
Weekends Required: Yes, Every Other
On-call Required: No
Position Requirements
Licenses & Certifications: Washington state license required; must possess RRT, ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required. Previous charge experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Charting System: Experience with Epic charting system is required.
Patient Ratios: Typical patient ratios are 3:1.

Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
Essential Responsibilities Providing comprehensive respiratory care to patients, including adult critical care and emergency respiratory therapy.
Performing specialized procedures such as arterial punctures and medication administration.
Monitoring and managing a variety of respiratory therapies and equipment.
Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
Skills & Special Requirements Proficient in the care and management of patients using various respiratory therapies and equipment, including BiPAP, CPAP, and high-frequency oscillators.
Ability to administer medications and perform emergency procedures as needed.
Experience with troubleshooting respiratory equipment and managing ventilated patients.
