Job Description
Registered Respiratory Therapist - NICU Experience Required

This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
6:30 PM - 7:00 AM, guaranteed 3 shifts per week with the potential to pick up a 4th shift.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with NICU experience to join our team. This position requires strong skills in respiratory therapy, particularly in neonatal and pediatric patient care.
Responsibilities
Administer and manage respiratory therapy treatments for NICU patients.
Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) draws and analyze results.
Assist with intubation and provide nebulizer treatments.
Utilize specific ventilator systems, such as Servo I, and I-Stat for assessments.
Ensure a high level of patient experience and maintain good customer service skills.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of hospital experience, including time spent in NICU.
Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Experience using Servo I ventilators is preferred.
Strong documentation skills, familiarity with Meditech preferred.
