Night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, guaranteed hours of 36 per week.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist Traveler to provide essential respiratory care services to patients of all ages at a supportive rural healthcare setting. In this role, you'll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, treat, educate, and support patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary needs.
Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive respiratory care services including oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, mechanical ventilation, and airway management.
Perform cardiac and diagnostic testing, including ECGs and pulmonary function testing.
Maintain equipment and clinical readiness for patient care.
Ensure accurate documentation of treatments, patient responses, and test results.
Required Experience
Minimum of one year of respiratory therapy experience required; two years preferred.
Experience in acute care, critical care, and emergency care strongly preferred.
Certifications / Licensure
Current Vermont Respiratory Care Practitioner license required.
NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
