UCHealth Broomfield Hospital - Broomfield, CO Department: BF Respiratory Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Nights This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option UCHealth offers a structured way for you to grow your skills, responsibilities, and pay in this position. Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program. Registered as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Provides top of scope practice in direct patient care environment utilizing respiratory therapy protocols and best practices to promote optimized care Models proficiency through precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth Contributes to secure safety and quality at the point of care Respiratory Therapist: Clinical ladders encourage internal growth and promotional opportunity through implantation of various clinical and process improvement projects at the unit, division, regional or system level.
