Registered Respiratory Therapist - RRT CRT

What you'll do:
Administer respiratory therapy treatments by performing bronchopulmonary drainage, assisting with breathing exercises and monitoring physiological responses to therapy.
Restore patient pulmonary function and alleviate pain by planning and administering medically prescribed respiratory therapy.
Document patient care services by charting in-patient and department records.
Implement continuation of the therapeutic plan following discharge by designing home exercise programs and instructing patients, families and caregivers.
Maintain a safe/clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
What you need:
Associates degree in Respiratory Therapy is required.
License by the State Department of Health as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) is required.
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) is required.
Current BLS for Healthcare Provider CPR or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certification is required.
One year experience in respiratory care is preferred.
