Job description
Advance your career in respiratory care with an engaging role providing vital support to patients within a hospital setting. Schedule:
3 shifts of 12 hours each week
Night shifts
Exact days of the week to be determined during the interview process
Qualifications: Current credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
Active State of Florida respiratory care license
Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
Graduation from an accredited respiratory program with college diploma or transcripts available
Applicants must reside outside of Broward, Dade, or Palm Beach counties
Ready to begin in the role as soon as possible
Responsibilities: Deliver respiratory therapy treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and optimize patient care
Assess and monitor patient progress, making care adjustments as required
Educate patients and families about respiratory therapies and equipment
Adhere strictly to hospital policies, respiratory care standards, and infection control guidelines

$2,451 - $2,584/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
