nRespiratory Therapist (RT) - PRN/Per Diem
nSign On Bonus:
nHours: 7p-730am
nPay: +$42.00 per hour
nCompetitive shift differentials for nights and weekends
nLocation: Battle Creek, MI

nResponsibilities

nnnEvaluating patient and recommending an appropriate treatment plan.
n
nnProviding respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions.
n
nnPerforming insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes.
n
nnPromoting continuous quality improvement.
n
nnTeaching and counseling patients/families.
n
n nQualifications
nYou will demonstrate an understanding of patient needs, ensuring that each patient feels informed and understood, as well as heard. You are passionate about providing superior quality care and you are an inventive problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment.
nMinimum requirements:
nnnMust possess "Active" CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent.
n
nnPossess a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date.
n
nnCurrent state licensure is required.
n
nnAgency RT must have ACLS upon first shift, PRN staff must have ACLS upon hire.
n
n nPreferred qualifications that will make you successful:
nnOne (1) year of related experience is preferred.
