Requirements
Registered Respiratory Therapist license required
Expert proficiency level required with the ability to handle complex cases
Must have NICU experience
Responsibilities Provide respiratory therapy to patients as ordered by physicians
Perform all types of respiratory care, including diagnostic testing and special procedures
Teach and mentor others in respiratory therapy techniques
Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, including ABG machines
Conduct hemodynamic evaluations and complete pulmonary function tests
