Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
Responsibilities
Assess patients with respiratory issues, analyzing blood and sputum, and conducting lung capacity tests.
Administer oxygen, aerosol medications, and chest physiotherapy to enhance breathing.
Manage and operate mechanical ventilators for patients who require assistance with breathing.
Provide emergency care, including artificial respiration and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
Document patient records and collaborate with physicians on treatment plans.
Educate patients and families on managing respiratory diseases and using home equipment.
