nWe’re seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist to join our team! This role will provide expert respiratory care to a diverse patient population across inpatient and outpatient settings, ranging from neonates to adults. The Therapist d eliver s safe, efficient, and compassionate respiratory therapies and diagnostic testing while maintaining equipment, documenting accurately, and collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes .

nResponsibilities
nnnEvaluate respiratory status through physical assessment and medical history review, performing diagnostic tests such as ABGs, pulmonary function testing, and pulse oximetry
n
nnAdminister respiratory therapies—including medical gas delivery, nebulization, chest physiotherapy, airway management, and invasive/ noninvasive ventilation—for neonatal through adult patients
n
nnMonitor patient responses, adjust therapy as needed, manage artificial airways, and troubleshoot respiratory equipment to ensure safe, effective care
n
nnParticipate in emergency response teams, assist with internal patient transports, and maintain accurate EMR documentation
n
nnSet up, maintain , clean, and troubleshoot respiratory equipment while promoting safety and adherence to infection control standards
n
nnServe as a preceptor for students and new staff , and participate in committees focused on quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical outcomes
n
n nQualifications
nEducation:
nnnAssociate degree or Bachelor’s degree i n Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program is required
n
nnGraduate of a CoARC approved Respiratory Care program is required
n
n nExperience:
nnNone
n nLicense(s)/Certification(s):
nnnRequired Upon Hire:
n
nnMust have current licensure in good standing to practice as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in State(s) of Practice.

n
nnIowa Board of Respiratory Care and Polysomnography (IBRC)
n
nnWisconsin Department o f Safety a nd Professional Services (WIDSPS)

nnCertified Resp Therapy Technician by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
n
nnRequired within 90 Days of Hire:
n
nnChild Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training in state(s) where providing care
n
nnDependent Adult Abuse Mandatory Reporter training in state(s) where providing care
n
nnMust possess and maintain one of the following through American Heart Association (AHA)
n
nnBasic Life Support (BLS)
n
nnAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
n
nnIf specializing in pediatric/neonatal critical care medicine must have PALS (AHA) or NRP Certification (AAP)
n
n
