Our 489-bed hospital, equipped with a Level II trauma center and a Level III NICU, offers the opportunity to treat a wide range of patients, from premature infants to centenarians.

nSchedule:
nnnFull- time | 72 hours every two weeks
n
nnDay Shift | 6:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.
n
nnEvery 3rd weekend | Every other holiday
n
n nPay and Benefits:
nnnPay starting at $40.60 per hour, pay determined by experience
n
nnPay range: $39.57 - $59.35 per hour
n
nn$12,000 hiring bonus or $15,000 student loan repayment and $5,000 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates!

n nQualifications:
nnnGraduate of a two or four year Respiratory Care Program
n
nnCertified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
n
nnRegistered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) within two years of hire
n
nnLicensed as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) in the State of MN or temporary RT permit
n
nnCurrent American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy, can be obtained upon hire
n
nnNeonatal Resusciatation Program (NRT) NRP Certification within 1.5 years of hire
n
nnPediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) withhin 1.5 years of hire
n
nnAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 1.5 years of hire
n
n nTo be eligible for recruitment incentives you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Previous CentraCare/Carris employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. Bonus amounts may differ based on full-time and part-time status.
nRelocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud, Minnesota and relocate to within 30 miles of any of those locations any time before and no later than 120 days after you start work. May not have worked for CentraCare in the past nine months.
