Respiratory Therapist - MN - Waconia & Chaska

License/Certs: Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), MN RT license, BLS, ACLS certifications required
Experience: Open to new graduates or with 1+ year of experience preferred
Pay & Benefits
Pay Range: $36.92 – $50.29 per hour

What You'll Do
Provide and monitor therapeutic oxygen, aerosols, humidification, and respiratory medications
Apply and oversee both non-invasive and invasive mechanical ventilation support
Assist with cardiopulmonary resuscitation, airway management, and artificial airway care
Obtain and interpret pulmonary function data, suggest therapy modifications
Educate patients and families on respiratory health, prevention, and recovery
Manage documentation and billing as per policy
Support pharmacy functions including stock management, medication preparation, and equipment checks when working in Chaska
What You Need
Required:
Certification as a Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Valid Minnesota RT license
BLS certification
ACLS certification (preferred)
Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively in English
Attention to detail and equipment proficiency
Preferred:
Open to new graduates
Previous respiratory therapy experience (1 year preferred)
